The Regional Secretary of Bintan Regency highly praised the job fair. He noted that the Galang Batang Special Economic Zone, as Indonesia's 12th National Special Economic Zone, has become a key driver of regional economic growth. The presence of Chinese-invested enterprises has not only introduced advanced technologies and capital investment, but has also significantly improved the living standards of nearby communities by creating substantial employment opportunities.

Since the industrial park began operations, it has consistently implemented a localization employment strategy by giving priority to hiring local residents while providing systematic training and clear career development pathways. To date, the park has created more than ten thousand jobs for the local community, fostering a mutually beneficial partnership between enterprises and surrounding communities.

This job fair provided an efficient platform connecting Chinese-invested enterprises with local job seekers, while further strengthening the cooperative mechanism between government and businesses to promote employment. Looking ahead, the company will continue working closely with local governments to expand employment opportunities, support high-quality employment for residents of Bintan Island and surrounding areas, and make even greater contributions to regional economic and social development.
