On August 17, 2026, the Republic of Indonesia celebrated its 81st Independence Day. On this joyous occasion celebrated throughout the nation, Bintan Industrial Park extended its sincere holiday greetings to all employees and held a grand flag-raising ceremony in front of the park's General Office Building. More than 150 representatives of employees from various departments, security personnel, firefighters, and representatives of the Army stationed in the industrial park attended the event.

At exactly 8:00 a.m., the smartly attired flag guard marched forward with powerful and resounding steps amid loud and clear slogans, escorting the red-and-white national flag to the flag-raising platform. As the solemn and majestic national anthem, Indonesia Raya, began to play, the national flag of the Republic of Indonesia slowly rose in the golden morning sunlight. All employees were filled with excitement and pride as they faced the national flag, rendered a standard salute, and sang the national anthem in unison, expressing their boundless love for their great motherland.

Subsequently, solemn music for the moment of silence began to play. Those present bowed their heads in silence, solemnly expressing their profound remembrance and highest respect for the heroic predecessors who, 81 years ago, sacrificed their lives in the struggle for Indonesia's national independence and the freedom and liberation of the entire nation, while praying for the prosperity of the country and the happiness of its people. After the moment of silence, the ceremony reviewing officer read out Pancasila (the Five Foundational Principles of the State), the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, and the Proclamation of Indonesian Independence.

This flag-raising ceremony was not only a solemn tribute to the spirit of Indonesian independence, but also a vivid demonstration of the industrial park's deep integration into the local community.
