Bachelor's degree or higher, more than 3 years of experience operating the main control room of various alumina processes, and proficient in workshop process flow, material balance, equipment operation, and DCS operation.

2.Dissolution Workshop-Technician: 1 person, bachelor's degree or higher, has more than 5 years of experience in the field of alumina dissolution workshop equipment production and management, has professional knowledge of alumina production processes and machines, and has experience in alumina project construction management is preferred.

3.Decomposition Workshop - Deputy Manager: 1 person, bachelor's degree or higher, has more than 5 years of experience in the field of production and equipment management of alumina decomposition workshop, has professional knowledge of alumina production processes and machines, understands the process flow and operation methods of alumina decomposition workshop, and is able to control and direct production.

4.Decomposition workshop - comprehensive filtration inspection worker: 1 person, technical high school graduate or above, more than 2 years of work experience in alumina decomposition workshop, understand the production process, equipment, safety operating procedures and related knowledge of alumina decomposition workshop.

5.Evaporation workshop - team leader: 1 person, bachelor's degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in alumina evaporation workshop production and equipment management, familiar with the production process of evaporation workshop and related indicator control, equipment operation and maintenance.

6.Filter Press Workshop - Team Leader: 1 person, bachelor's degree or higher, has more than 5 years of experience in the field of production and management of alumina filter press workshop equipment, understands the production process flow and control of related indicators, operation and maintenance of filter press workshop equipment.

7.Electrical Workshop - Operational Head: 2 people, with a Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 5 years of electrical technical work experience, understanding safety regulations and procedures for operating high and low voltage electricity, understanding how to handle disturbances, preferably those with experience in working with alumina electricity.

8.Electrical Workshop - Electrical Operators: 2 people, graduates of vocational high school or higher, work experience in electrical engineering for more than 3 years, understanding of safety regulations and operating procedures for high and low voltage switching, and have the ability to handle electrical equipment failures. Those with experience in aluminum electrical work are preferred.

9.Central Laboratory - Deputy Manager: 1, bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in metallurgy, chemical engineering, analysis, management or related, with an assistant engineer certificate or higher, more than 5 years of experience in laboratory analysis or related management, understanding of alumina production process, industrial analysis and related production equipment knowledge; understanding of alumina production safety operating procedures.
