To enrich employees' after-work cultural life, stimulate the work enthusiasm of all staff, and create a positive, healthy, and civilized cultural atmosphere, PT Bintan Alumina Indonesia successfully held its first Fun Sports Games for employees on April 29–30. More than 500 Chinese and Indonesian employees from various departments of the company gathered at the venue and participated together in this grand sports event.

This sports event upheld the principle of "friendship first, competition second." Under the overall coordination of the General Management Department and meticulous preparation from each branch factory, the event was organized in an orderly manner with comprehensive safety measures in place. The activities featured a combination of team-based and individual competitive events. The team events included 4×100m relay, 4×400m relay, and tug-of-war. The individual events consisted of track races at distances of 100m, 400m, 800m, and 1500m, providing employees with a stage to fully display their personal talents and athletic abilities.

After two days of fierce competition, the employee team from the alumina refinery won the overall team championship with an outstanding comprehensive performance. The power plant employee team and the port employee team secured the second and third places, respectively. At the award ceremony, company leaders presented medals and cash prizes to the winning teams and outstanding athletes, fully acknowledging the sportsmanship and excellent performance demonstrated by the athletes on the field.

The successful holding of this Fun Sports Games not only enriched the employees' after-work cultural life but also strengthened the company's cohesion and team spirit. The participating employees stated that they would take this opportunity to integrate the sportsmanship of unity, collaboration, and tenacious perseverance into their daily work, and contribute greater strength to the company's sustained and healthy development.
