The port of Bintan Nanshan Industrial Park in Indonesia has an annual throughput of 20 million tons of cargo, including a 35,000-ton multi-purpose berth, a 35,000-ton general berth and four 10,000-ton bulk cargo berths. The deep-water port is designed to handle ships with a maximum displacement of up to 35,000 tons. The 35,000-ton multi-purpose berth is designed for alumina loading and caustic soda unloading operations, while the 35,000-ton general berth is dedicated to handling general cargo. The four 10,000-ton bulk cargo berths are used for unloading other auxiliary raw materials such as coal and bauxite. To support these operations, two bridge-type grab unloaders (unloading capacity of 10,000 tons per hour), two gantry grabs, a loader (loading capacity of 10,000 tons per hour) and a supporting delivery system have been installed. The system is fully integrated into the automatic conveyor belt system of the production process. These facilities ensure the efficient unloading of all raw materials and materials required for production and promote seamless transportation of products.
