The Bintan Nanshan Industrial Park Water Plant in Indonesia is a comprehensive facility integrating raw water treatment, domestic water supply and sewage treatment. The reservoir design adopts the design of water storage area + dam, with a total storage capacity of more than 20 million cubic meters, and is equipped with a pump station and a high-level water tank. The water from the reservoir is treated and then distributed to each unit through an elevation difference system. The raw water treatment process adopts a combination of chemical dosing and ultrafiltration technology to ensure the supply of fresh water for production and domestic water use at the production base. As of the last practical feasible date, the water plant can supply 56,000 cubic meters of fresh water per day, which can meet the production and various other needs of all alumina production projects.
