Associate degree or above in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience working with generating units and at least 10 years of electrical technical experience in power plants. Strong technical and management capabilities with project construction experience.

Associate degree or above. Minimum 6 years of experience in turbine operation for generating units. Familiar with turbine operation, operating procedures, and safety regulations.
Turbine Workshop – Shift Operator (1 Position)
Associate degree or above. Minimum 4 years of experience in turbine operation for generating units. Familiar with turbine operation, operating procedures, and safety regulations.
Turbine Workshop – Maintenance Technician (2 Positions)
Associate degree or above. Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance of turbine systems, pumps, pipelines, or valves for generating units. Knowledge of equipment structure, operating principles, materials, maintenance procedures, spare parts, and labor standards is required.

Boiler Workshop – Boiler Operator (1 Position)
Associate degree or above. Minimum 5 years of experience operating pulverized coal-fired boilers for generating units . Strong organizational and management skills. Capable of accurately diagnosing boiler operating abnormalities, identifying root causes, and responding effectively to emergency situations.
Boiler Workshop – Assistant Boiler Operator (2 Positions)
Associate degree or above. Minimum 3 years of experience operating pulverized coal-fired boilers for generating units. Familiar with boiler operation principles and procedures.

Technical secondary school diploma or above. Minimum 2 years of experience in ash handling and flue gas desulfurization (FGD) operation and maintenance.
Ash & Desulfurization Workshop – Maintenance Crew Leader (1 Position)
Technical secondary school diploma or above. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ash handling and flue gas desulfurization maintenance. Familiar with maintenance procedures and safety regulations.
Fuel Workshop – Operations Team Leader (2 Positions)
Associate degree or above. Minimum 5 years of experience in fuel operations. Knowledge of coal properties and their application. Familiar with coal quality requirements for safe boiler operation.
Fuel Workshop – Maintenance Crew Leader (1 Position)
Technical secondary school diploma or above. Minimum 2 years of experience in fuel system maintenance. Familiar with maintenance procedures, equipment performance, and maintenance techniques.
Transmission & Substation Workshop – Operations Engineer (1 Position)
Associate degree or above. Minimum 5 years of experience in power generation, transmission, and substation operations. Familiar with substation management, relevant regulations and policies, electrical operating procedures, safety regulations, workflow standards, and emergency response management.
Transmission & Substation Workshop – Operations Team Leader (2 Positions)
Associate degree or above. Minimum 5 years of experience in power transmission and distribution operations. Familiar with operating procedures and safety regulations for power supply and distribution equipment. Knowledge of power distribution systems, primary and secondary equipment, relay protection systems, ultra-high-voltage electrical systems, and high-voltage transmission lines is required.
