1、Production Department - Dispatcher: 1 person, college degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in alumina production dispatching management, proficient in plant-wide material balance adjustment and material accounting, proficient in office software and DCS operations.

2、Production Department - Technical Specialist: 1 person, college degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in production scheduling, proficient in the whole factory process, proficient in production inventory process, proficient in material balance calculation, proficient in various office software.

3、Production Department - Production Scheduling: 3 persons (1 for dissolution, 2 for raw materials), with college degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in operating the main control room of each process of alumina, and proficient in the process flow, material balance, equipment operation and DCS operation of their workshop.

4、Raw Materials Workshop - Team Leader: 1 person, college degree or above, must have more than 5 years of experience in team management in alumina raw materials workshop, be familiar with the process flow and operating methods of alumina raw materials workshop, be able to control and direct production, and have certain emergency handling capabilities.

5、Raw Materials Workshop - Raw Materials Inspector: 1 person, technical secondary school degree or above, more than 3 years of work experience in alumina raw materials workshop, familiar with the inspection, operation, maintenance of alumina raw materials workshop equipment, process pipelines and ancillary equipment.

6、Roasting workshop - roasting furnace inspector: 1 person, with secondary technical school degree or above, more than 3 years of work experience in alumina roasting workshop, familiar with the inspection, operation, maintenance of alumina roasting workshop equipment, process pipelines and ancillary equipment.

7、Dissolution Workshop - Technician: 1 person, college degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in production and equipment management of alumina dissolution workshop, with professional knowledge of alumina production process and machinery, those with experience in alumina project construction management are preferred.

8、Dissolution Workshop - Team Leader: 1 person, college degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in production and equipment management of alumina dissolution workshop, professional knowledge of alumina production process and machinery, those with experience in alumina project construction management are preferred.

9、Decomposition workshop - Deputy Manager: 1 person, college degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in production and equipment management of alumina decomposition workshop, with professional knowledge of alumina production process and machinery, familiar with the process flow and operation methods of alumina decomposition workshop, and able to control and direct production.

10、Decomposition workshop - decomposition tank operator: 1 person, technical secondary school degree or above, more than 2 years of working experience in alumina decomposition workshop, familiar with the production process, equipment, safety operating procedures and related knowledge of alumina decomposition workshop.

11、Decomposition workshop - comprehensive filtration inspection worker: 1 person, technical secondary school degree or above, more than 2 years of work experience in alumina decomposition workshop, familiar with the production process, equipment, safety operating procedures and related knowledge of alumina decomposition workshop.

12、Filter Press Workshop - On-site Operator: 2 persons, with secondary technical school degree or above, more than 3 years of experience as operator in alumina filter press workshop, proficient in workshop process flow, material balance, equipment operation and DCS operation.

13、Central Laboratory - Deputy Manager: 1, college degree or above, major in metallurgy, chemical engineering, analysis, management or related, with assistant engineer certificate or above, more than 5 years of laboratory analysis or related management experience, familiar with alumina production process, industrial analysis and related production equipment knowledge; familiar with alumina production safety operating procedures.
